January was a busy month accommodating the replanned Clone as well as the unplanned 4 fix patches. However due to IS Apps, Payroll & Pensions and HR this was accommodated in the planned timescales.
Achievements in last period:
- P1 RUP 7 DEV patching complete
- P1 RUP 7 DEV Testing complete
- P1 4 fix patches DEV complete
- Clone LIVE to TEST
- P1 4 fix patches DEV Testing complete
- P1 RUP 7 TEST patching complete
- P1 4 fix patches TEST patching complete
- P1 RUP 7 and 4 fix patches Acceptance complete
Issues:
- NOTE - As you can see from the achievements in January re 4 fix patches (1) and early notice below (2), some unplanned work was and may be required
- (1) - 4 fix patches had to be accommodated and the work has been signed off in P1 Acceptance testing.
- (2) - Early notice of potential patches for Shared Parental Leave for 2014-15, at present waiting confirmation from Oracle
