Achievements in Last Period

• In October the failover scripts which manage the failover of databases and websites was resolved.  As result the DSOR was held and approval given for sign-off.  The revision of the SLA has been identified by the sponsor as a necessary requirement before approval can be given for closure and this task is being completed by AS IT & Comms manager and the head of Production Management.
