Achievements in Last Period

Peer testing was carried out to plan

Issues

• There are 4 outstanding Jiras which were raised during peer testing, one of which is a show-stopper. This meant that the PPBR meeting could not be held.
• The key developer has been moved to another project but is available during w/c 10 Sept for 3 days.  It is hoped that this will be sufficient to resolve the outstanding Jiras. There is a concern that the show-stopper Jira (transfer of image file) is an unknown amount of effort. A resource from dev tech is to be made available to support the resolution of this issue.
• The unplanned additional effort to resolve the Jiras and re-test means that the budget for the project is likely to increase again (likely to be around an additional 6 days taking it to a total of 131 days). This has not yet been approved by USD.
• USD has hinted at aborting the project but the image upload functionality is required for the Personal Tutor project therefore it is preferable that the project can achieve PPIR as a minimum.

Next Steps

Resolve the outstanding Jiras and peer test.  Endeavour to move the project into the test environment

Milestones

The milestones are based on the Jira's being completed during the w/c 10 Sept.  If this is not achieved then the milestones will need to be revised.
