UWP012: EdWeb Collaboration and Development Framework project completed

The EdWeb Collaboration and Development Framework project has completed.

The project successfully delivered a framework which describes the processes relating to the EdWeb content management system, together with prioritising and documenting areas that can benefit from further focus.

The framework document was developed based on an analysis of themes and comments from a consultation workshop held with a number of stakeholders from across the EdWeb community. 

The framework document has contributed to:

1. improved clarity within the University web community regarding communication, collaboration, contribution of code, obtaining support and prioritising items for inclusion on the development road map;
2. improved transparency of EdWeb governance - by having clearer definitions around roles and responsibilities;
3. improved EdWeb documentation.
