RAG STATUS - Green

Activity So Far

* Kick off meeting went ahead as planned on Tuesday.

* Activity commenced to nail down where College Admissions are with activity required of them.

* High level view of outputs established (e.g. potential kit requirements, call scripts, support reqs. processes etc.).

* Activity commenced on a brief technical proposal taking Ian Sutherlands call flow diagram into consideration.

* Activity commenced on development of plan for technical (telephony) elements of the initiative.

Planned

* Meeting in place with SRA to hammer out non-technical (readiness) activities - am seeking to have College Admin at this.

* Commencement of weekly checkpoint meetings.

* Discussion re EUCLID with Lisa Dawson.

* Establishment of formalised plan detailing what's required across all streams.

Issues

* No issues at this time.

I'm also planning to make some progress on writing up the Project Brief as per existing processes when its opportune.
