Bi Additional Tools - Dashboards/Report Planning completed

A new project COM014 to deliver dashboards and reports from within the University's BI Suite has just completed planning. This project will deliver on three fronts:

1. Additional Tools - SAP BI Crystal Reports and Dashboard tools - to allow standard reports to be available for defined user groups. This will offer the business easy to use standardised reporting while at the same time improved report formatting. This will also allow improved strategic and operational decision making based on more accurate data reporting.
2. Improved Service - the two key deliverable are New Explorer spaces are visible in the main strategic business areas and the creation of multi-source UNX universes to enable linking of data domains. The business will benefit from improved and more flexible usage of this new visualised data reporting tool and the ability for improved cross domain data reporting 
3. BI Infrastructure - Additional resources will be added to the current BI infrastructure thus ensuring that the additional tools have adequate resources assigned.
