Enhancements to the Projects Website

In response to user feedback, a number of enhancements have been applied to the Projects Website including: -

• New project meetings log to record meeting notes, attendees and actions (part of the secure project logs)
• New templates to support the agile methodology ; User Stories and Personas
• User profiles have been expanded to include job descriptions, contact details and an optional photo (secure to University members only)
• The project milestone log has been expanded so that current & previous dates are shown side-by-side to make simplify governance reporting
• The risk log export has been expanded to include more fields so the data can be used for clearer Project Board reporting
• Security has been enhanced so that child pages of secure projects are also kept secure by default.
• The milestone report can now be filtered by programme
• The project milestone log can now be additionally sorted by name and date to help reporting for multi-phased projects
