Commentary

 

SCE002 Tomography Control - Closed - upon LIVE running deliverables exceeded success criteria set at the start of the project. 

SCE003 Path Enhancements - GREEN -  Build review complete and preparations to allow testing to start underway. 

SCE004 University Seminar Site - AMBER - Completion of build tasks delayed due to the developers Paternity leave and the Sponsors availability. Project has been replanned and requires some work to be completed in 14/15, Milestones and budget still to be agreed with Sponsor and Portfolio Owner.

Achievements in Last Period

  • Some issues with the DEV environment have been resolved.
  • Project Sponsor shown a preliminary view of the new site
  • Brief submitted to WIS 6/6/2014

Issues

  • The allocated developer's paternity leave was earlier than originally planned and the combination of both project and business annual leave has contributed to a delay in the planned milestones.
  • The project will now require some effort to be arried over to the 14/15 academic year.

Next Steps

  • Obtain complete sign-off for Milestone delays and carry-over
  • Complete sign-off of the TAD
  • Complete the testing and sign-off of the DEV environment
