Priorities for the programme have enhancements for the exam boards now prioritised over port to new infrastructure, as an in-year project.
Also, ECA will use remaining budget after port to possibly move ECA onto SMART, and therefore withdrawing remaining project MyGroups.
However, this requires additional funding from HSS and so will be assessed during mid-year review once we are clearer on whether we have budget for the SMART project. Also, It may not be so important once the exam board enhancements are in place.
Programme manager is hoping for clarification from ECA on these programme decisions soon.
ECA will continue to be a programme next year with its own ring-fenced funding, so this has to be discussed in regard to annual planning asap. Actions from programme meeting
