Programme Owner and Manager have agreed on a re-prioritisation of projects and budgets to match.
Accordingly, the Infrastructure project will now go ahead, immediately, followed by an in-year proejct of Portal Enhancements, and if time and budget remain a (descoped) MyGroups.
WIS rejected the proposed changes, so the ASTA summary does not reflect the actual planning. Hope to have the situation clarified to WIS by 12th October.

In order to do as much as possible this year, PM and PgM met with technical leaders and we will now port ECA onto a CF9/SQL Server configuration instead of converting to Oracle. This will save us about 30 days from the 75 day budget.
