Work/Task Breakdown
EVES will be upgraded first, Events Booking last
- DevTech to create TADs, create DEV, TEST and LIVE and will liaise with Unix team for server set up
- Dev will create the Bamboo Plan, prepare code for upgrade to CF11, check in environments
- Dev will peer test and carry out any rework at any of the stages
- Apps Managment will test when application is in Test
- Service Management will complete user acceptance testing
- All teams will be involved in handovers
