Work/Task Breakdown

The following activities will be undertaken during the analysis project:

  • Confirm with Business Lead/Sponsor all the key stakeholders to be consulted.
  • Arrange and undertake consultations with all key stakeholders. It is proposed to start with agreeing a process map with HR business lead. This will be then used as a template to consult the devolved HR teams, and the devolved business groups.
  • Define key stakeholders’ successful outcomes: what is really needed? 
  • Articulate the stakeholders’ current business processes and review.
  • Define new processes focusing on the stakeholders’ outcomes.
  • Define and clarify requirements, prioritise them, assess impact of changes, solve conflicts.
  • Complete and sign off BRD 

 

Resources Skills and Cost

IS Project Services will provide the project management and the business analysis skills.

HR will provide the project governance and business lead.
