Executive Summary
The exam boards functions within the ECA Learning Management System (LMS) have been in use for over a year, there have been a number of issues/improvements raised for resolution in order to make the exam boards more sustainable, in lou of the ability to fully move to SMART in the short term.

Scope
The scope of this project is to deliver changes to the exam board functions within the LMS, changes to content on other parts of the ECA portal are not in scope of this project. The main limiting factor on development is being able to complete all the work before the May 2013 exam board and within the ringfenced budget for the programme.
