- It was not possible for any of the Ingeus project team to join the scheduled conference call on 29/01/20. The next call is scheduled for 13/02/20
- Ingeus have been advised that the Job Tracking / In Work tracking is the most important in terms of missing data
- Remote Access
- It was confirmed that a user name has been created to access the remote pc
- There is one outstanding call with the IS help Desk to set up pc wake up
