The project status is AMBER as there is a risk to project start date in January 2020 due to unavailability of Project management resource. Business team have previously indicated that the start date may change depending on discussions with Student Systems. There is no hard deadline for delivery, but ideally before start of term so that improvements to student experience can be realised in new academic year. If not resourced there is a risk we cannot deliver during 19/20, potentially impacting the plan for the following year.
