Timelines confirmed and migration ready to start

Milestones approved by Project Board on 19th December - Audit Started (03 Dec) and Progress checkpoint - review test migration, audit and confirm timelines (19 Dec).
WordPress platform has been built to host migrated content.
Test migration - 37 interactive objects have been converted to H5P from STARs Advancing 6. Cognition and Perception.
The eForms plugin has been purchased to enable WordPress to replicate Certificates functionality. the team continues to work through the investigation and development work.
Full audit of all modules in progress - counting and logging every interactive object, image, video and other content items.
A list of requested content changes has been collated by CHSS. Changes have been implemented for one module to test how long this would take. Based on this, it was agreed the changes would be implemented before the content is migrated unless any changes are more complex/time consuming.
Test module migration is in progress and visual mock-ups have been shared with the Project Board.
An additional content developer has been recruited and will start on 7th January 2020.
The Project Board agreed that a single platform should be used for STARs/HEARTe modules (currently on three separate platforms).
Timelines were reviewed based on the audit and test migration and the original timeline confirmed as achievable. However, the modules have been prioritised in case there are unanticipated delays.

Issues

Funding has been approved for a new Thrombectomy module but it will be difficult to complete this work alongside the migration work. Katrina Brennan (Scottish Government) has agreed this should be completed after the migration, so it will not impact this project.
