• Learn MyEd channel deployed to live.

Achievements in Last Period

• A contract developer has investigated alternative CSV and API solutions and has quoted an indicative development cost of 6-8 weeks effort.
• Greater clarity has been brought to discussions on the future solution with that of the existing BI suite being favoured over Power BI.

Issues

• There has been no known progress on the following issue:
  • Engagement with LinkedIn Learning - a reporting API was to have been available to users (outside of the former pilot offering) in November. 
• Internal resource with the necessary skill-set will not be available to undertake any development until the beginning of March.
• The Project Manager is presently working to a contract that finishes at the end of January.

Next Steps

• It is with a change of personnel, specifically Project Sponsor and Software Development Manager  that meetings are scheduled in the diary for early January introductions.
• It is hoped that the new staff joining the project team will give clear direction on how best to bring the project to conclusion, once options have been openly discussed. 

The project currently remains at Red but with a meeting in diaries for early January to bring together resource from both the business and technology in an effort to plan next steps to a resolution. Questions need to be resolved over (1) which data feed solution best fits the needs of the university and (2) who is to do the work and when? Answers to the latter, affecting time and possibly cost.
