Impact assessment call with Mass carried out, and confirmation that Archibus is compatible with the Oracle 12c upgrade.
Estates have secured dates with Mass for the mobile app install to DEV and TEST for 17th and 18th December 2019. The project can continue and plan around those dates.
Issues
The recommendation by the EST126 technical team and EST126 project and programme manager was to allow EST126 to progress first followed by the Mobile app install. This was so that the testing of each application can be isolated and carried out without interference of the other project, Also allowing EST126 to go first would mean that TEST and LIVE environments would be the same and the mobile app can be deployed after the database upgrade as it would be more prone to bugs and fixes required. Despite the recommendations, Estates have booked Mass to come in on the 17th and 18th so this increases risk on the project for testing and deployment.
Due to the delay in getting agreement on the Mobile Application installation, the milestones will need to be replanned.

Milestone replan for project. This will now begin with the DEV migration in January 2020
